Body Art Sterilization Guidelines
Nevada state statutes that mention tattoos are
NRS 644.470 (which states that cosmetologists cannot implant
permanent pigment into the skin) and NRS 412.406 (which states
that tattooing may not be adjudged by any court-martial or inflicted
upon any person subject to the state militia code). Apparently
this is a subject that is regulated at the local level.
